LSU ranked in Coaches’ Preseason Poll

For the 15th consecutive year, the LSU Tigers ranked among the top 25 teams in the nation in the preseason Amway Coaches Poll.

LSU Football has been ranked at number 13 in the nation in the preseason poll released Thursday. This is the fifth straight year and the 10th time in 11 season under Head Coach Les Miles that the Tigers will be ranked in the top 15 of the coaches’ poll.

Four of the 12 opponents for the Tigers in 2015 are also ranked in the top 25. This includes Alabama at No. 3, Auburn at No. 7, Ole Miss at No. 15 and Arkansas at No. 20.

The Tigers will open up the season against McNeese State on September 5th.
