5. The Patriot Way
Leave it to a New England Patriot to help his buddy cheat at Wrestlemania. Rob Gronkowski is good friends with the WWE’s Mojo Rawley who competed in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal on Sunday. Gronk was front row and decided to hop over the barricade to help Mojo when he was in a jam near the end of the match. Gronk’s outside interference helped Mojo claim the Andre trophy and once again showed how the New England Patriots go about their business.
4. Opening Day
Some people take this day off so that can just relax and sip on sweet tea all day while the take in the first full day of baseball. I say we need to stop this and make this day a national holiday so those folks don’t have to waste valuable vacation and sick days.
3. The Hot Seat
The Pels are not getting to the playoffs after the loss to the Bulls. Now the talk can officially be whether or not Alvin Gentry should get to keep this job. The Pelicans got a great player when they traded for Boogie Cousins, but they also set themselves up to try and figure out the question no NBA has been able to figure out….who can coach this guy?
2. The Undertaker
As happy as I am to see Roman Reigns lay claim to his yard at Wrestlemania, it is going to be very hard to imagine Wrestlemania without an Undertaker match to look forward to. Thousands go to the event every year just to see the Dead Man. I hope these people do not expect Taker to be replaced, because there will never and can never be another performer like him ever again. Rest in peace Phenom!
