The Fave 5: Hyper Turbo Champion Edition

5. Chunn

Jordan Chunn, Troy’s 235lbs running back was able to eat up LSU much like Mississippi State’s Aeris Williams did a couple weeks ago. LSU’s weakness on defense is their lack of depth up front and inexperience everywhere else. We have learned that any time you get back that is Chunn-ly against this team you have a chance at pulverizing them.

4. Sonic Boom

I know it was only the Colts but it was good to see the mighty Legion of Boom return with a loud boom on Sunday night. Their presence as a perennial contender makes the NFC much more interesting.

3. Sharp Teeth and Claws

A week after getting their butts kicked, Cam Newton and Carolina did America a favor and went up to New England and pounced hard on the Patriots. A week after almost losing to a rookie QB at home, the Patriots were exposed as a very flawed team that will require much more cheating to win this season.

2. Not a Hadouken

The NFL’s youngest and nerdiest player, Juju Smith-Schuster, scored a touchdown against Baltimore and as his celebration, he paid homage to Goku of Dragon Ball-Z with a sick Kamehameha. It is not as good as a Hadouken but it is easily the best celebration of the year.

1. Perfection

The Saints played a perfect ugly game in London. It was as ugly as a British root canal at times, but in the end it was an all around smashing success!
