5. Sean O’Malley

O’Malley is one of Dana White’s new favorite fighters and I would not be surprised to see UFC put the rocket on this kid’s back and shoot him to the moon. After nearly breaking his foot but winning his fight at UFC 222, O’Malley partied with friends he met on XBOX.

4. Shaquem Griffin

UCF’s Shaquem Griffin put up 20 reps on the bench press, hit 117 on the broad jump, and ran an absurd 4.38 in the forty at the NFL Combine. Griffin had his hand amputated at age 4, but it never stopped him from pursuing football or quarterbacks. He is now a bonafide combine stud and is projected to go in the 4th round of this year’s draft.

3. Steve Gleason…In Space!

Gleason’s video submission to Space For Humanity puts his name in the mix of non-astronauts to go into space through the non-profit program. If we ever sent people out space to look for intelligent life, Steve Gleason would be damn near top of the list of people I would want representing all of humanity.

2. Kobe Wins an Oscar

Kobe now has five NBA titles, two Finals MVPs, two jerseys retired, and one Academy Award. His short animated feature Dear Basketball won in the category for Best Animated Short. Take that Space Jam!
