A pair of LSU Tigers earn recognition for their performances in the 2020 season.

LSU sophomore kicker Cade York and freshman defensive back Eli Ricks were named to the Associated Press All-America teams on Monday.

York made 18 field goals on 21 attempts in 2020. He went 6-for-7 on field goals of 50 yards or more. He was named to the second-team.

Ricks shined in his debut season for the Tigers and ended up on the third-team. He recorded four interceptions, which was tied for fifth most in the nation. Ricks also made an impact on special teams with two returns for touchdowns.

LSU finished with a 5-5 overall record in 2020 after winning their final two games against Florida and Ole Miss.
