Louisiana returned to the Cajundome after their Thanksgiving road trip to Texas and Iowa to take on Loyola-New Orleans. Jordan Brown had another breakout game, with Terence Lewis dominating the glass as the Cajuns took down the Wolfpack easily, 104-70.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

Louisiana started the game with a 14-0 run, but Loyola cut into the lead, outscoring the Cajuns 9-4 to make it 18-9 at the first media timeout with 15:10 left in the first half.

Jordan Brown led Louisiana on an 11-5 run over the next three minutes to take a 29-14 advantage. Brown had 13 points in the first seven minutes.

Loyola would cut into the lead, including going on an 8-0 run to make it a 40-31 game with 5:30 left in the contest. Brown still led the Cajuns with 13 while Lafayette native Michael Harden led the Wolfpack with 11.

Loyola continued to keep it close as the first half came to an end with the Cajuns holding a 49-38 lead. Brown led all scorers with 15.

Early in the second half, Louisiana had its way offensively. Jordan Brown led the way with eight points early in the half as they took a 68-49 lead with 15:09 left in the game.

The following four minutes were very low scoring, with only 13 points being scored between both teams. Louisiana still maintained a large 76-54 lead with 11:38 remaining.

Both teams went silent for two minutes during the next stretch, with the lead now sitting at 26 for the Cajuns with 7:59 remaining. Brown continued to lead all scorers with 23.

With 3:40 remaining, the Cajuns were closing in on 100 points for the second time this season with a 94-65 lead. Louisiana shot 60% of the field for the contest at this point while outrebounding the Wolfpack 44-18.
