NEW ORLEANS — The Saints have placed safety Rafael Bush on injured reserve, ending his season.
Bush tore his pectoral muscle in the week one loss against the Arizona Cardinals.
The Saints brought in Kenny Phillips on Monday to help bolster a depleted secondary. Star defensive backs Jairus Byrd and Keenan Lewis remain out with injuries.
The Saints play the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome on Sunday at 12 p.m.
