For the fifth time this season, LSU quarterback Jayden Daniels has earned SEC Offensive Player of the Week honors.
The standout signal caller and Heisman candidate was honored alongside Missouri quarterback Brady Cook as Co-Players of the week in the conference.
Daniels accounted for a program record-tying eight touchdowns in the Tigers’ 56-14 win over Georgia State on Saturday night. He joined Joe Burrow as the only other Tiger in school history to account for eight touchdowns in a game. He also accounted for more than 500 yards of offense in the victory.
