The Bayou Bengals will have seven games at home in Tiger Stadium with five games on the road.

Head coach Brian Kelly will begin his third season in Baton Rouge with one of those five road games. For the season opener, LSU will travel to Las Vegas, Nevada to play the USC Trojans in Alligient Stadium for the Vegas Kickoff Classic. That game will be Sunday, September 1st at 6:30 p.m.

LSU will then host the Nicholls Colonels six days later for the home opener. The Tigers’ first road SEC opponent will be the South Carolina Gamecocks that following Saturday.

Following that test, LSU will be home for the next month as they host the UCLA Bruins on September 21st and the South Alabama Jaguars on September 28th. The Tigers will have an early bye week and return to action to host the Ole Miss Rebels on October 12th.

The next two opponents will be at Arkansas to face the Razorbacks and then go to College Station to face the Texas A&M Aggies on October 26th. LSU will have another week off before hosting the Alabama Crimson Tide on the second Saturday in November and then pack their bags for Gainesville to face Billy Napier and the Florida Gators on November 16th.

To round out the regular season, the Bayou Bengals will host Vanderbilt, the first time the Commodores made the trip to Death Valley since 2009. Oklahoma, one of two former Big 12 teams who will be making their SEC conference debuts will be the final home opponent on November 30th.

LSU’s finale for this season will be against the Wisconsin Badgers in the ReliaQuest Bowl. Kickoff at Raymond James Stadium is set for 11:00 a.m. on New Year’s Day. The pregame will begin at 9:00 a.m. and the action can be heard on ESPN 103.7 Lafayette 104.1 Lake Charles.
