LSU’s Tommy White and Luke Holman have each been named second team All Americans by the American Baseball Coaches Association.
White, a First-Team All-American during the Tigers’ title run, earned Second-Team All-SEC honors this season after hitting a team-high .330 with 12 doubles, one triple, 24 home runs, 70 RBI, and 61 runs.
White is fifth in the SEC this season in hits, sixth in total bases, and seventh in homers and RBI. He has 75 career homers, which ranks No. 8 all-time in Division I.
Holman, also a second-team all-league selection, posted a 9-4 record and a 2.75 ERA in 91.2 innings during his first season with the Tigers. He finished the year with 33 walks and 127 strikeouts while limiting opponents to a .174 batting average.
