The LSU Tigers climb to 13th in the latest edition of the AP Poll.

Returning to their starting point from the 2024 season, the Tigers got a dominant offensive performance in a 42-10 win over South Alabama to close out their non-conference slate and head into a bye week.

Garrett Nussmeier had a career-high 409 passing yards and four total touchdowns, including two rushing touchdowns.

Around the country, Ole Miss fell six spots following their home loss to Kentucky while Alabama jumped to the top spot with their thrilling 41-34 win over Georgia, who fell three spots.
