SEC Media Days 2025 have concluded in Atlanta, Georgia with the Preseason Media Poll now having been released.
The LSU Tigers were picked to finish fourth out of the league’s sixteen teams.
LSU finished behind just Texas, Georgia, and Alabama, who were the top three.
The Tigers received 20 First-Place votes, trailing those same three teams: Texas (96), Georgia (44), and Alabama (29).
Also receiving First-Place votes were South Carolina (5), Florida (2), Ole Miss (1), Tennessee (1), Oklahoma (3), Auburn (1), and Vanderbilt (2).
The Tigers do not play the top two teams in the poll, but do face the teams ranked #3 (Alabama), #5 (South Carolina), #6 (Florida), #7 (Ole Miss), and #8 (Texas A&M).
