The LSU Tigers (2-0) have remained at #3 in the latest College Football AP Top 25, which was released yesterday.
The week resulted in a second win for LSU, this time in a 23-7 triumph over Louisiana Tech in the home opener at Tiger Stadium.
The win came as less than impressive to Brian Kelly, who claimed the team was “outcoached” in a lot of areas. Still, the victory moved the Tigers to 2-0 and kept their status in the rankings.
The Tigers received two first-place votes this week, while Oregon received one in the fourth-place spot overall. Ohio State remained the #1 team and the SEC has three of the top ten teams overall.
