
Despite standing idle for their bye week, the LSU Tigers moved up a couple of spots to #11 in the latest Associated Press Top 25 that came out on Sunday.
The movement happens thanks largely to some big upsets of top ten teams. Penn State fell to previously winless UCLA, while Texas lost to Florida in Gainesville. That caused those two teams, who each had top two preseason rankings, to fall out of the mix completely.
Ohio State remained ranked at the top, although Miami is gaining on them in the #2 spot. Oregon is the third and final team also getting First-Place votes.
