Ben Simmons scored 20 of his 24 points in the second half on the way to a non-conference win for LSU over Oral Roberts (8-5).

The Tigers came out strong early on with a 20-4 run in the first half, six of which were off of three-pointers by Antonio Blakeney.

LSU continued to dominate Oral Roberts in the second half with the aforementioned surge by Simmons all but locked down the Tigers second straight win.

The freshman phenom led the Tigers with 24 points, nine boards, seven assists, and one steal on the afternoon. Craig Victor, despite only playing 14 minutes scored 13 points and a rebound before getting into foul trouble.

Kris Martin came off the bench and led the Golden Eagles with 18 points, two boards, three assists, two steals and one block on the afternoon.

The Tigers (6-4) will stay in the PMAC before the holidays to take on American (2-7) on December 22nd with tipoff set for 7 pm.
