The Ragin Cajuns completed the sweep after an early scare from Georgia State (12-12, 2-4 SBC) to win on Saturday afternoon 4-1.
Joey Roach got the Panthers on the board in the top of the first with a solo shot to right field.
The Cajuns were able to tie things up in the bottom of the third with an RBI double from Brenn Conrad.
The scoring continued for the Cajuns with an RBI single from Stefan Trosclair in the bottom of the fourth to take the lead. The Cajuns would put things out of reach in the bottom of the sixth with a pair of RBI singles by Derek Herrington and Nick Thurman, respectively.
Nick Lee improved to 4-1 on the year allowing one run off of five hits and striking out four batters in six and two-thirds innings of work. Dylan Moore recorded his fifth save of the season striking out two and walking one in one and a third innings of work.
The Cajuns (15-9, 6-3 SBC) will hit the road on Tuesday when they take on Nicholls State with first pitch set for 6 pm.
