A Comeaux High School football player remains hospitalized after being robbed and shot on Saturday while sitting in a vehicle, according to KLFY.

There have been two arrests in connection with the shooting and armed robbery. According to KLFY, two juveniles, ages 13 and 14, were arrested.
Police were called at about 2:30 a.m. to the 100 block of N. Meyers Drive and the victim was found with gunshot wound inside the vehicle, according to KATC.
KLFY later reported that family and friends have identified the Comeaux High player as Matthew Carter.
