Malik Nabers is headed to Starkville, Mississippi and is looking to bring some other top prospects with him.

The four-star wide receiver out of Comeaux High school announced his commitment to head coach Mike Leach and the Mississippi State Bulldogs on Tuesday afternoon.

Nabers, who is ranked as four-star recruit and the No. 8 prospect in Louisiana by Rivals.com, wrote the following on social media:

“I would like to thank each and every coach that offered me an opportunity to play at their program. I would also like thank my mom for making me the man i am today. I would be lost without her, also like to thank Coach Fuse for developing me as a player and always having my back, and my family for everything they have done to help me get to where i am today.

With all of that said, I will be taking my talent to Mississippi State University. Thank you to Coach Mason and Coach Leach for treating me as family and always keeping it real with me. I am beyond excited to help bring some of the top players in the country with me to Starkville.

I am 100% committed and my recruitment is completely shut down. Hail State.”

The 6-0, 179-pound Nabers had multiple offers from Power 5 programs including Arizona, Arizona State, Arkansas, Auburn, Boston College, Georgia, Kansas, Michigan, Michigan State, Ole Miss, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Penn State among others.
