Travis Etienne is headed to the NFL.

The former Jennings High star and Clemson record-setting running back was selected by the Jacksonville Jaguars with the No. 25 overall pick in Thursday night’s NFL Draft.

Etienne is reunited with his college quarterback Trevor Lawrence who the Jaguars selected with the No. 1 overall pick.

The 5-foot-10, 215-pound Etienne had one of the most prolific careers in Clemson and ACC history.

In his four seasons with the Tigers, Etienne rushed for 4,952 yards, scored 70 rushing touchdowns while also catching 102 passes for 1,155 yards and eight receiving touchdowns. Etienne helped lead Clemson to four ACC titles, four College Football Playoff berths, a pair of national championship appearances and one national title.

The ACC’s all-time leading rusher also is the NCAA FBS record holder for most career games scoring a touchdown (46), the ACC career record-holder for rushing yards (4,952), total touchdowns (78), rushing touchdowns (70) and points (468).
