The town of Jennings, LA is in the spotlight as former star Bulldogs’ running back Travis Etienne and his Clemson Tigers will take on the home-state LSU Tigers in Monday night’s national championship game in New Orleans.

On Friday, Jennings High head football coach Rusty Phelps joined “Bumper to Bumper Sports” and shared his thoughts on a town somewhat divided with host Ben Love.

Jennings HC Rusty Phelps: “I know who people are rooting for. I think they’re going to be pulling for Travis (Etienne) as long as #LSU wins by one. But they’re very proud of Travis.” @1037TheGame
