Louisiana Ragin Cajuns Will Meet Tulane in the Cure Bowl

Posted by clintdomingue on December 2, 2018 in Blogs, Latest News

Two Louisiana teams have a date in Orlando, Florida. The Louisiana Ragin Cajuns will face off against the Tulane Green Wave in the AutoNation Cure Bowl on December 15th. This was first reported by Brett McMurphy.

With @CFBPlayoff field released, on to the other bowls: Tulane will play Louisiana in @CureBowl, sources told @WatchStadium

— Brett McMurphy (@Brett_McMurphy) December 2, 2018

This will be the Cajuns first bowl since 2016 when they suffered a 28-21 loss to Southern Miss in the New Orleans Bowl. Interestingly enough, this is Tulane’s first bowl game since 2013 when they lost to the Cajuns 24-21 in the New Orleans Bowl. However that victory was vacated due to NCAA sanctions due to recruiting violations.

Kickoff for the ballgame is set for 2:30 pm and will be televised on the CBS Sports Network.
