The Ragin Cajuns have added a second piece to the 2022-2023 recruiting class.
Head Coach Bob Marlin announced today that Vince Sigona, a guard from Plano, TX, will be joining Louisiana’s basketball program this fall. Sigona, listed a 6’1″, is a combo guard that averaged 17 points per game this past year, leading Prestenwood Christian to a district title and a 25-win season.
Marlin had this to say about his newest signing: “Vince is a combo guard who is a proven 3-point shooter and playmaker. His work ethic, knowledge and understanding of the game should enable him to have continued success as a Ragin’ Cajun. We are excited to add Vince to our roster.”
Sigona also recieved the 3-point title from the Texas Association of Basketball Coaches after notching 127 threes as a junior.
Sigona will join Houston area guard Chancellor White in the 2022 class for Ragin Cajuns basketball.
