The LSU Tigers added offensive lineman commit Garrett Dellinger on Wednesday.
Dellinger joins the 2021 class for the reigning national champions.
The offensive tackle from Clarkston High School in Michigan narrowed his top four schools down to LSU, Ohio State, Michigan and Penn State.
He ultimately chose head coach Ed Orgeron and the LSU Tigers. The following is Dellinger’s official announcement:
Dellinger was named to ESPN’s 300 recruiting rankings as No. 32 overall. The 6-foot-6, 270-pound lineman is the No. 2 ranked prospect in the state.
Before Dellinger’s commitment, Tigers had the No. 11 recruiting class and they are now up to 12 commitments.
According to 247Sports, LSU has the No. 9 nationally-ranked 2021 recruiting class and No. 3 in the SEC after Dellinger’s commitment.
