After going 1-3 last week the LSU baseball team is still hanging on to a Top 10 ranking in one of the major college baseball polls. The Tigers dropped a mid-week match up to the Southern Jaguars before losing two out of three games, on the road, to unranked Missouri. LSU now finds themselves ranked 10th in the Perfect Game Top 25, 14th in the D1 Baseball Poll, and 15th by both Baseball America and Collegiate Baseball.
The Tigers will try to bounce back this week when they take on the UL Ragin’ Cajuns in The Wally Pontiff Jr. Classic on Tuesday; before opening up a 3 game SEC series with the Florida Gators at The Box on Thursday.
