The LSU Baseball team won 3 out of their 4 games last week, including a series victory on the road against Alabama, and that would propel the Tigers up most of the national polls. LSU moved up in the D1 Poll from 13th to 12th, in the Baseball America Poll from 14th to 12th, and in the Collegiate Baseball Poll from 15th to 13th.
The lone poll the Tigers did not move up in is the Perfect Game Top 25; in which LSU stayed ranked as the 9th best team in the country.
The Tigers won’t be back in action until this Friday when they play host to Ole Miss at Alex Box Stadium.
