The LSU baseball team will open up the 2021 season at home against Air Force.
The Tigers released their 56-game schedule for the 2021 season, which includes 10 three-game Southeastern Conference series. The No. 7-ranked Tigers will play 28 games against teams ranked in the Collegiate Baseball preseason Top 50.
The season opens at Alex Box Stadium on Friday, Feb. 19 with a game against Air Force to kick off Military Appreciation Weekend. First pitch is set for 7 p.m.
LSU will also face off against Louisiana Tech and Notre Dame during opening weekend.
The non-conference schedule also features weekend home series against UC Riverside, Oral Roberts and UT San Antonio, and midweek matchups against all of Louisiana’s Division I programs.
LSU will play a 30-game Southeastern Conference schedule which begins with a home series against Mississippi State on March 19. The Tigers will also host weekend SEC series against Vanderbilt, South Carolina, Arkansas and Alabama.
LSU will travel to play at Tennessee, Kentucky, Ole Miss, Auburn and Texas A&M.
Times and dates for all games are subject to change once the SEC determines its television schedule.
