BATON ROUGE — The LSU football schedule for 2020 is now finalized.
In Southeastern Conference play, LSU will welcome Ole Miss (Sept. 26), Mississippi State (Oct. 24), Alabama (Nov. 7) and South Carolina (Nov. 14) to Tiger Stadium.
The meeting between LSU and South Carolina is the first between the two conference programs since 2015 when that season’s game was relocated to Baton Rouge due to severe flooding in the Columbia, South Carolina that year.
LSU’s conference road slate includes games at Florida (Oct. 10), Arkansas (Oct. 17), Auburn (Nov. 21) and the regular-season finale at Texas A&M (Nov. 28).
In non-conference play, LSU will open the season with back-to-back home games against UT-San Antonio (Sept. 5) and then the University of Texas (Sept. 12).
Also in non-conference play, LSU will face off against Rice (Sept. 19) in a neutral-site contest at NRG Stadium in Houston, and will host Nicholls State (Oct. 3) for the first time in school history.
LSU has one open date (Oct. 31) during the 2020 season.
The SEC Championship Game is scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 5, at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.
