The last twenty-four hours for the LSU football program have been interesting to say the very least.
From four players requesting draft evaluation grades to the Tigers general manager Austin Thomas headed to Tennessee, the headlines keep rolling in.
Another big coaching change came on Wednesday evening with the Tigers offensive line coach Jeff Grimes returning to Provo to replace Ty Detmer as the offensive coordinator for BYU. Grimes was the offensive line coach for the Cougars from 2004-2006.
It seems though that LSU is wasting little time in terms of getting another offensive line coach. According to sources, the Tigers are planning to hire James Cregg, current offensive line coach for the Los Angeles Chargers. Cregg coached alongside current LSU head coach Ed Orgeron over at the University of Southern California from 2010-2013.
