No more than twenty-four hours after a disheartening loss to Texas A&M, there has been another opt-out at LSU.
On Sunday, LSU junior receiver Terrace Marshall announced that he would skip the remainder of LSU’s season in order to focus on the 2021 NFL Draft.
Marshall, who had 48 receptions for 731 yards and 10 touchdowns this season, is the second high-profile LSU receiver to announce he was opting out, joining last year’s Biletnikoff Award Winner Ja’Marr Chase, who opted out before the season began.
The Bossier City native’s decision comes with three games left on the schedule, beginning with Alabama next weekend and followed by a road trip to Florida.
