LSU’s Trap Game for 2017 Is…

LSU will have one of the toughest schedules in the country, largely because of the fact that most of their games in SEC play will take place on the road. When you see that kind of schedule with a road heavy season, it seems like the Tigers will have some obstacles to maneuver around to have a successful season.

One of those road games that looks to be a trap game is Mississippi State. The Bulldogs have given the Tigers everything they had in the last three matchups and made LSU fans sweat it out until the final whistle.

If there’s one team in the SEC that can make some waves in the standings, it has to be the Bulldogs. With another year under Nick Fitzgerald’s belt, you can expect to see him lead this team to a few more wins than some think.

You could even say that teams like Troy could be considered a trap game with all the talent that the Trojans have coming back. However, Mississippi State has a few things going for it. The biggest thing is that this is the third week of the season and if the Tigers want to achieve a lot of their goals, they will need to establish dominance early on and keep the foot on the proverbial pedal.
