
Former LSU Tigers running back is set to play in the Tropical Bowl All-Star Game on Sunday. The game will take place in Daytona Beach, Florida.
The game features seniors who just finished up their collegiate careers. This year will be the 10th edition of the game that allows players to showcase their talents ahead of the NFL Draft.
Williams spent six years with the Tigers, originally coming from Houston, Texas. He was originally a walk-on to the program, and was apart of the 2019 National Championship team. During his time with the program, he slowly carved himself a larger role as his career progressed.
This year, he was chosen to wear the prestigious “18” jersey for the Tigers. He totaled 1,494 rushing yards with 17 touchdowns for his career. Additionally, he caught 31 passes for 263 yards and appeared in 60 total games.
Off the field, Williams was a four-time SEC Academic Honor Roll recipient, and received two degrees. He was also a member of the 2024 SEC Community Service Team.
