The Opelousas Catholic High football team is returning to the airwaves.
Viking fans can follow all the exciting action during the 2021 season on News Talk 98.5 FM and 1520 AM. Monty Hanks returns as the play-by-play announcer and will be joined by Jason Burns — who spent the past two seasons broadcasting Southside High games.
“I have been excited about high school football since it ended last year,” Hanks said. “I can’t wait for the Friday Night Lights here in Louisiana. There is nothing like it.”
