The New Orleans Pelicans and Brandon Ingram have agreed to a five-year max contract extension, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
The 23 year-old, All-Star forward averaged 23.8 points, 6.1 rebounds and 4.2 assists per game last season in New Orleans.
Ingram was named an All-Star and earned Most Improved Player for the 2019-20 season.
It was Ingram’s first year with New Orleans after spending his first three seasons with the Los Angeles Lakers.
Ingram was selected second overall in the 2016 NBA Draft.
