Ever since sports betting became legal in Louisiana last year, it has swept over the state. Sports fans everywhere are looking for the best advice and what they should play each weekend. So, our guys from Crunch Time Matt Miguez and James Meche are here to help you with the Divisional games this weekend!
Chiefs vs Jaguars
Matt: Patrick Mahomes Over 310.5 Passing yards (-113)
Not sure why I feel like this is going to hit, but Patty has been due for a monster game and I think his matchup with Jacksonville feels like the right time.
James: Travis Kelce Anytime Touchdown (-140)
Patrick Mahomes has gone to Kelce all season long, with this season being the tight end’s highest total from one season in his career. There’s no one on Jacksonville’s defense that I can confidently say will slow down Kelce and keep him out of the end zone.
Giants vs Eagles
Matt: Under 48.5 (-115)
This game can go two ways: either the Eagles run away and dominate, or the Giants will win a close one. Either way though, it’s fairly low scoring and stays under 48.5.
James: Saquon Barkley Anytime Touchdown (+100)
If the Giants will have any chance of winning, Barkley needs to get his touches early on. He found paydirt twice last week, who’s to say he won’t score again?
Bills vs Bengals
Matt: Ja’Mar Chase Anytime TD (+125)
Joe and Ja’Mar have had a great season once again, teaming up for over 1000 yards and nine touchdowns on the season. Now, I would look for them to try and link up again. Plus, at +125, it will only be a small loss if it doesn’t hit.
James: Over Evan McPherson 6.5 Points (-114)
Cincinnati has had to rely on their kicker in the playoffs to knock the ball through the uprights. A couple of drives for the Bengals that could come to a halt in and around the red zone plus one PAT already makes your over on 6.5.
Cowboys vs 49ers
Matt: Tony Pollard Over 46.5 Rushing Yards (-114)
Tony Pollard has had a massive season in Big D and is primed to be the top back next season. Look for him to have a big game against the Niners defense.
James: Under Ezekiel Elliott 34.5 Rushing Yards (-114)
We’ve seen a change of the guard for Dallas’ leading rusher throughout the season as Elliott seems to have lost a step. If the Cowboys go down early, expect Tony Pollard to get the bulk of the touches and rushing attempts as they try to get back into the game.
Pelicans @ Heat
Matt: Pelicans Moneyline
I feel like the Pels will be able to win this game, even though they are on the road. Hopefully either Zion or BI will be back soon.
James: CJ McCollum to score 20+ points
McCollum has failed to score at least 20 points in one game so far in the month of January and that was when he scored 19 against the Pistons. He’s being leaned on even more with three other starters consistently out of the lineup.
