Khari Gee, a four-star safety prospect out of Woodward Academy in Georgia , announced he has committed to the LSU Tigers.
The following is the announcement via Gee’s Twitter account:
In the video, Gee said “this has been my dream, which is why I’m committing to the real DBU, Louisiana State University.”
Gee is the 11th commitment in the 2021 class for the reigning national champions. He is the second safety to commit to the program, with Dakota Mitchell committing in March.
The 6-foot-3 safety narrowed his decision down to two teams, LSU and Clemson, but ultimately chose to join head coach Ed Orgeron.
As a junior at Woodward Academy last year, Gee recorded 58 total tackles, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery with six pass breakups.
