NEW ORLEANS — DeMario Davis and Ryan Ramczyk may have gotten snubbed of earning Pro Bowl honors last month. The Saints duo made up for it by receiving All-Pro honors on Friday from The Associated Press.

New Orleans had a total of six players earn All-Pro honors with wide receiver Michael Thomas, rookie kick returner Deonte Harris, linebacker Davis and right tackle Ramczyk all earning first-team honors.

Defensive end Cameron Jordan and special teams standout J.T. Gray receiving second-team honors.

Davis earned his first All-Pro honors as he led the team with 111 tackles while adding four sacks and 11 passes defended. Davis is the first Saints linebacker to earn All-Pro honors since Dome Patrol legends Rickey Jackson and Sam Mills did so back in 1993.

Ramczyk earned his first All-Pro first-team honors as well as he helped anchor an offensive line that gave up the third-fewest sacks in the NFL.

Harris finished the regular season with the fourth-best punt average in the league with 9.4 yards and third-best in kickoff return average with 26.8 yards per return.

Thomas was one of only two unanimous selections, earned first-team honors for the second-straight season and also set the NFL single-season record this season with 146 receptions.

Jordan earned All-Pro honors for the third consecutive season after recording a career-high 15.5 sacks. Jordan becomes the first Saints defensive lineman to earn honors three times.

Gray meanwhile played in all 16 regular season games with 16 tackles, a blocked punt and a fumble recovery.
