Will Campbell and Whit Weeks led seven LSU players who were named members of the All-SEC Team, as announced by the SEC league office. The team is voted on by the leagues’ head coaches.

Campbell, a junior offensive lineman from Monroe, was selected to the team for the second straight season while Weeks, a sophomore linebacker from Watkinsville, Ga., was selected to the first team for the first time.

Campbell, one of four finalists for the Lombardi Award, started every game for the Tigers at left tackle and catalyzed the Tiger offensive line that allowed a league-leading 15 sacks all season. He earned second-team All-SEC honors as a freshman and was a first-team selection last year when the Tiger offensive line was a finalist for the Joe Moore Award, given to the best offensive line in college football.

Campbell becomes the first LSU offensive lineman to be named All-SEC in consecutive campaigns since Will Clapp did it in 2016 and 2017.

Weeks led the team and ranked third in the conference in with 119 tackles on the season. He added 10 tackles for loss, 3.5 sacks, and six quarterback hurries. His career-best 18 tackles in the overtime win over Ole Miss while adding 17 tackles each against Alabama and Oklahoma.

Right tackle Emery Jones Jr., edge rusher Bradyn Swinson and kickoff specialist Aeron Burrell earned second-team All-SEC honors while tight end Mason Taylor and return specialist Zavion Thomas were named third-team.

Jones started all 12 games this year, earning second-team honors for the second consecutive year. Swinson had a breakout season as the defensive lineman finished the regular season with 8.5 sacks and 13 tackles for loss. Burrell, a true freshman, had 62 of his 66 kickoffs result in touchbacks.

Taylor capped his time in Baton Rouge as the most productive tight end in program history. The junior finished with 129 receptions for 1,308 yards and six touchdowns. In 2024, the son of Pro Football Hall of Famer Jason Taylor finished with 55 passes for 546 yards and a pair of scores.

Thomas ranked among the top in the SEC in kick returns, averaging 23.9 yards on 20 returns. He caught 20 passes for 188 yards and two TDs this season.
