Ragin Cajuns Basketball star Shawn Long has made the final roster for the 2015 U.S. Pan-American Games team.
The senior forward joins former LSU Tiger Anthony Randolph on the 12 man roster headed to Toronto later this month.
Long was named to the All-Sun Belt Conference first team for the second straight year and a Lou Henson All-American, averaging 16.4 points and 10.2 boards a game last season and shot 54.2 percent from the field. He was also the only player in the Sun Belt conference to rank in the top five in both scoring and rebounding and his 52 double-doubles are the most by any active player in the country.
The Morgan City native also had double figures in all 20 Sun Belt Conference games and became only the third player in Cajuns history to accumulate 1,000 rebounds and moved to second all-time in blocked shots.
Below is the complete 12 man roster for the 2015 U.S. Pan-American Games team. The team will continue practicing until July 16th and will open up play against Venezuela on July 21st with tipoff scheduled for 8:00 PM CST.
