5. The Dallas Stars Jumbotron
Our new President, WWE Hall of Famer Donald Trump claimed that it “felt like” 1.5 million people attended his inauguration. That figure was slightly embellished by WWE Hall of Famer Donald Trump or, if you prefer, was just an alternative fact. The Dallas Stars Jumbotron crew decided to poke fun at the latest meme dropped out of the White House by posting the attendance for the game against the Washington Capitols as 1.5 million people. The Stars play in the American Airlines Center. That building holds 20,000 people at most. This was well done by the NHL’s most irreverent scoreboard.

4. False Alarms
Further proving how deep the influence of modern sports’ most infamous cheater goes, a Patriots fan was caught pulling the fire alarm at the Steelers’ hotel early Sunday morning. While this had no affect on the game seeing as the Steelers came into Foxborough seemingly wanting to lose, this just shows that when cheating and sneakiness is encouraged by a parental figure, their children, or fans in this case, will emulate those same actions. This may be New England’s 9th Super Bowl appearance, but as yesterday and the film Celtic Pride have proven, this is a fan base with 0 class.
3. Heel vs. Heel
The Patriots getting to the Super Bowl this season means Roger Goodell is going to have to watch Tom Brady play football in person. Everyone is going to tell you this is so good because New England hates Goodell so much. What a rivalry! When in fact Goodell should be revered as a hero who helped New England out for years and when it came time to punish them he slapped them on the wrist. This “rivalry” is a heel on heel contest in which we all have no one to root for.
2. Angry Razorback Fan
A man named James Rogers is a fan of the Arkansas Razorbacks who took out a paid ad in the Arkansas Democrat Gazette to express his frustration with how much money the Hogs are wasting on coaches and their A.D. This is a fan who was upset and took action. Mr. Rogers is not just a great fan but a great American.

1. Elijah McGuire
McGuire made the play of the game that gave the West the big win in the East/West Shrine Game this past weekend. Displaying cut back speed and vision required of an NFL running back, the only good thing I witnessed on a football field this horrendous weekend was a Cajun legend and the best damn athlete in Lafayette making a strong case to get picked by an NFL team in the 2017 draft.
