*****WARNING! THE FAVE 5 IS NSFW AND LOOKIN’ REAL JACKED, BABY!*****
5. Long Balls
MLB has it’s two most prolific home run hitters participating in this year’s Home Run Contest in Aaron Judge and Giancarlo Stanton. The hype is real and the NBA should take note with their Dunk Contest, because with the stars in the contest, MLB should see a hefty rating for this year’s showdown. These two hit it long, they hit it hard, and they’re looking real jacked baby!
4. Short and Sweet
One thing I expect to see from Coach O at SEC Media Days that will be different from his predecessor will be a much more concise and direct message. While Les Miles was always good for quotes and entertainment value, those came at the expense of us having to hear him ramble on like a mad man for 35 minutes without pause. Ed Orgeron cuts to the chase and while his “in your face” attitude is the draw, after years of Les going on for Miles, I look forward to the brevity of his speech the most.
3. 60
The Astros are 10 games better than the next best American League team and they are the only team besides the Dodgers to reach 60 wins before the All Star break. This is quite the milestone, but I see it more as a measuring stick. With how beefed up teams like L.A., Boston, and Cleveland will get at the trade deadline, this cushion the Astros have built up will be huge. Not like they sweat anything anyways, but this lead should have the Stros nice and relaxed for the rest of the season heading into October.
19 runs. 60 wins.

2. Great Balls
Goodness gracious Braun Strowman defeated Roman Reigns in the dangerous Ambulance match! But before the “Monster Among Men” could celebrate, the Big Dogggggg jumped out of the Meat Wagon and speared Strowman into oblivion. Reigns then tossed Braun into the Ambulance and drove that thing backwards into a semi-truck! People are calling it a double turn (where the good guy became the bad guy and the bad guy became the good guy). But these people are forgetting that Roman Reigns never was a good guy. He never was or will be a bad guy. He is simply THE guy!
1. The Reaper
Robert Whittaker’s 5 round war with Yoel Romero was the best display of the fighting spirit I have seen in a long time. The intelligence and perseverance he displayed had fans and fighters alike praising him endlessly on social media. After the fight, his next opponent, the trash talking Middleweight champion Michael Bisping, wanted to lay into him so badly but he barely could because he was so damn impressed. At UFC 213 Robert Whittaker became the champion we all want and the champion we all need.
