Lafayette High football is returning to the Delta Media airwaves this fall.

The Mighty Lions can be heard every Friday night live on The Rewind 97.7 FM with Raymond Partsch III serving as the play-by-play announcer and Chad Jones serving as the color analyst.

“We are grateful for Raymond and Chad to be broadcasting Mighty Lion football this season on The Rewind,” Lafayette High head coach Rob Pool said. “It is great recognition for our players for all of their hard work being recognized every week on the radio.”

After suffering through a 0-10 season in 2017, Lafayette High made significant strides in 2018 as the team ended a pair of losing streaks in both overall and district play. The Mighty Lions ended up winning three games.

The Rewind 97.7 FM is proud to broadcast all 10 regular season games, and any additional playoff games if the Lions qualify for the postseason.

So make sure to tune in Friday nights in the fall to Raymond Partsch III and Chad Jones on The Rewind 97.7 FM — your home for Mighty Lion football.
