The New Orleans Pelicans are back in action on Monday.

The Pelicans are scheduled to play the Miami Heat Dec. 14 at 6 p.m. The game will air on NBATV.

New Orleans will be without three players, while one is questionable for the contest.

Guards JJ Redick and Eric Bledsoe are out due to medical protocols. Forward Wenyen Gabriel is listed as out for the matchup due to right knee/quadriceps tendinosis.

Redick and Bledsoe did not make the trip to Miami.

Center Steven Adams is questionable due to left hamstring soreness.

This will be the first of two preseason games for the Pelicans. New Orleans is scheduled to host the Milwaukee Bucks Dec. 18.
