The preseason accolades for the LSU Tigers and the Louisiana Ragin Cajuns keep coming in. Both teams were named to the Perfect Game Preseason Top 25.
LSU is towards the top of the preseason rankings at number two behind the TCU Horned Frogs. The SEC also led all conferences with five teams in the preseason poll.
The Ragin Cajuns meanwhile ended up at number 13 after finishing last season with a 43-21 record. They are joined with defending national champions Coastal Carolina as the only members of the Sun Belt to be in the Top 25.
