The Ragin’ Cajuns Men’s Basketball team is hoping their hot play, winners of six straight, will carry them to the Sun Belt Conference Tournament Championship. Cajuns open up the tournament Wednesday at 5p vs Little Rock.
Post-season awards were announced on Monday. Cajuns point guard Jay Wright was named Defensive Player of the Year while fellow guard Frank Bartley was Newcomer of the Year. Wright and Bryce Washington were each name 2nd Team All Sun Belt with Bartley 3rd Team.
