Storylines
No More TBA on Sunday
One of the big question marks that LSU has had in recent seasons was the Sunday spot. After what happened last weekend, it’s safe to say that they found their guy in AJ Labas. The freshman righty had a great performance against a top-level team in Arkansas. If he can duplicate that, the starting job is as good as his.
Trap Series?
LSU can’t trip up this weekend. Yes, the Crimson Tide is towards the bottom of the SEC West but the Tigers need to get as many of these gimme wins as possible headed into the SEC Tournament. You can’t have a bad showing in any of these ballgames if you want to strengthen the case of being an at-large.
