The Louisiana Ragin Cajuns were represented on the CBS Sports Midseason All-American list by senior cornerback/return specialist Eric Garror.
Garror, a Mobile, Alabama native, has returned punts for the Cajuns since 2018 and has three career punt return touchdowns, which ties a school record. He also has two here in 2022.
His first return came against Southeastern Louisiana in the season opener when he ran a punt back 83 yards for a touchdown. The second came against South Alabama, his hometown college, on October 1st. Garror’s return against the Jaguars was 69 yards.
Garror also has 18 tackles and an interception on the season as a corner for the Cajuns defense. For his career, he has 121 total tackles, one sack, and eight interceptions.
Garror and the Louisiana Ragin Cajuns (3-3) will return to Cajun Field at Our Lady of Lourdes Stadium this Saturday against Arkansas State in a Sun Belt West matchup. This game is Louisiana Salutes night and the yearly blackout game, with kickoff scheduled for 4:00 p.m.
