Louisiana Tech Bulldogs:
It was a rough day for the Bulldogs with a 48-23 loss to Florida Atlantic. Louisiana Tech’s offense looked good with 512 total yards of offense, but was stymied once they entered enemy territory.

McNeese State Cowboys:
LSU head coach Ed Orgeron had a long Saturday. He started things off coaching his team to a 33-10 win over the Arkansas Razorbacks. He then traveled to Lake Charles to see his son Parker Orgeron make an acrobatic touchdown pass to take down Northwestern State 44-24.
The Cowboys will now head to Lamar this Saturday with kickoff set for 6 pm.
Nicholls State Colonels:

Northwestern State Demons:
Northwestern State had a rough Saturday in Lake Charles, falling to McNeese State 44-24. The turning point came late in the first quarter when Trent Jackson recovered a fumble by the Demons 85 yards to put the Cowboys up 17-3.
