The Houston Astros completed the 3-game series sweep of the 2nd Baseman of Orange County, otherwise known as the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, with a come-from-behind 3-2 victory.
Exactly one month ago the Astros were 11 games under .500. Having won five straight and 7 of their last 8 games, they are now one game over .500 and in 2nd Place in the American League West. Although well behind the Rangers, (10 GB), Houston finds themselves only 2.5 games out of the Wild Card race.
No excuses. They need to win the series in Kansas City and it starts Friday night with Dallas Keuchel getting the start.
