Five Cajuns pitchers combined on a two-hitter and third baseman Joe Robbins hit his first home run of the season as Louisiana shutout St. Peter’s 4-0.
Sophomore Hogan Harris making his first career weekend start, threw five run free innings, allowing two hits, walking three and striking out five, picking up his first win of the season.
The win gave the Cajuns their first series sweep this year. They will head to Ruston and play Louisiana Tech on Wednesday before returning home to open Sun Belt Conference hosting Appalachian State.
