Almost twenty-four hours after announcing the addition of the Mizzou Tigers to the 2025 schedule, the Louisiana Ragin Cajuns followed it up with an announcement for their 2024 schedule.
The Cajuns agreed to terms with Michigan State to play on September 14th, 2024 at Spartan Stadium. This will be the first meeting between the two programs and will also be the first time that the Ragin’ Cajuns have faced an opponent from the Big Ten since it played the Fighting Illini on September 13, 2008.
This will be the Cajuns third non-conference game of the 2024 campaign along with a home game against in-state foe Tulane on September 21st and a road game against former Sun Belt Conference member New Mexico State on October 19th.
This comes a day after the addition of Mizzou to the 2025 schedule that already included a home game against the Rice Owls and a road trip to Ypsilanti, Michigan for a ballgame against Eastern Michigan.
